At The Community Garden

We are having the final bit of our kitchen being completed today.  This has meant no water in the house and no cooking facilities.
I worked this morning, but this afternoon we walked to Morningside through the community Garden to get a cup of tea and use other facilities!
I am not sure which this plant is.
