Waiting

The bales in this field have been gathered into a corner, waiting to be transferred into barns, while those in the field behind have yet to be gathered.

Despite the  dark, cloudy sky in the blip, today has been surprisingly warm and sunny, with none of the showers that were forecast. 

After returning from lunch with friend Alison in The Clachan, I sat outside in the sun with the Wee Stinker. That's a difficult crossword, by the way, not a malodorous person ;-)
