Bye bye summer!

I had an afternoon swim today and it was quite nice. Few people still around, but very calm atmosphere. Sea getting calmer too while it's getting colder. Only 24°C today, but air at 29°C.

Tomorrow and Wednesday it's rising to 30°C. We were supposed to go hiking tomorrow but it's way too hot for that. So instead of that we're going to do some shopping. It's been on our list too.

Jen has a birthday next Sunday. I've been making her a card and a present. I'm not sure if she's going to be 80 this year. But I do not want to ask. I just hope she likes the present. Some of us will go out for drinks as she doesn't want to make a big deal out of it and we're not allowed to tell any of the neighbors about it. So shhhhh....
