Monday

1. Horrendous nights sleep, woke up and wandered round like a zombie.
2. Took Rosie for a walk, forgot zombie like status
3. Drove Daisy to college after flat battery identification on her car
4. Worky worky work, continued swings of great and shitty news.
5. Decided I prefer a more even keel with less excitement and drama
6. Swim after dinner, first one since last Tuesday. Am two swims down on my target.
7. Fabulous swim, in the dark and rain. ‘‘Twas brilliant
8. Sofa, tea and telly
9. That’s it.
