Lotus Lillies and photobomber

Here’s a pic the Silverback took in Kakadu. No dogs allowed on this boat trip!
These water lilies come from Asia. They were traded in prehistoric times by folk in dugouts. They became an important food source for the local indigenous people’s of Kakadu who used their tubers and seeds for a variety of things.
Nearly forgot the 5 meter photo bomber! Big old Salty. No wonder dogs weren’t allowed!
