Sgùrr a' Mhàim

S a M is not the highest of the Mamores but its ascent from close to sea level in the glen is a brutal assault on the legs. Ben Nevis dwarfs it yet provides an easier walk on the tourist path to its summit.
I have climbed it many times and in several combinations of routes at this end of the Mamores. It is connected to the rest of the range by a narrow crest known as the Devil's Ridge and the 3000 foot mountain at the south end of the ridge is no longer a Munro.
