Mom's sunflower

After being gone for several weeks (it seems like)  today was busy, but I accomplished quite a bit and feeling pretty good.  When I stopped by my parents house with the newspapers today, they were painting the outside of the house!  and Mom was rearranging furniture...Don't they just exhaust you?  Anyway the sunflower was in their yard and it was so pretty with the sun shining through the flower petals, that it was destined to be my blip.  Posting now as I'm going to go back to yoga this afternoon.  I have been absent too much this summer.
