It's that time of year again.

The curling season has begun and although it's a beautiful day outside, we still need to wear a few layers to keep warm while on the ice.  Today was the opening Bonspiel for the ladies section of the ice rink.  As you can see it is very friendly and civilised and is always so; no matter what the score is we always socialise with our opposition after the game. This was my fourth game this week so I'm a bit tired and a wee bit sore and i have a full coaching session tomorrow night for a group of office workers coming along to try curling for the first time.
