Seems legit?

For the past few weeks I've seen this sign at the side of dual carriageway on the way to work. This is the 1st time I've actually seen what it says. It sounds really suspicious to me like you pay the money and it turns out to be a doll's house or something silly. Mind you it would be a dull world if you didn't have these things to question eh?
