MonoMonday: Pastime

Wildlife and wilderness are dear to me. Rather than landscaping here at home, I do "naturescaping", providing habitat for creatures great (the pesky deer) and small (pollinator bees). Planting flowers the bees, butterflies and hummingbirds prefer, gathering piles of sticks here and there giving shelter to the birds, providing fresh water, letting weeds bloom - these are some of the things involved in this pastime. I do not like snakes, skunks or slugs!
