Hearts

My heart goes out for the homeless. I was just reading an article about the homeless in our little town, we will have a town hall meeting next month, because of the problem. We should help people in need before they become homeless, that would be more helpful to them and more cost-effective to the city. We tell the homeless, where  they cannot sleep etc, why not give them a list of places where they can stay! 

The hearts are on a little purse for small change. I like to give the homeless a few dollars for some food or drink. The city says, we should give to organizations and not to the homeless directly. Why, the non-profits get most of the money are legally only responsible to give back as little as 2%.
