We went to Melton this morning and just missed the really heavy rain. Not as many stalls as usual, I think because of the weather. The gentleman sitting down was selling old books and pop posters - an unusual combination. He was very cheery and I bought a couple of lovely football books for Victor ‘Match of the Day - 50 years’ and ‘Football’s Comic Book Heroes’. I’ve enjoyed looking at both of them. Lots of bargains there today - I even found a double LP (vinyl) for Tom of the Shadows, and of course 3 little new perennials for the garden.
