Bleurgh

Best of a bad lot this. Some hyacinths in my hallway.

Came down with some kind of lergy last night and am feeling sore and sorry for myself. Lovely chat with a friend today (hi V) but otherwise the highlight of my day was a little nap. Well, that and consistently hitting upper register B and C on the clarinet! Simple things. Mr B took Katherine fishing today, as she's determined to learn how. All they 'caught' was a steak pie for tea - fine by me.

Off now for another strong lemsip, honey and whisky to see off this cold before it really takes hold.
