A nice surprise

I'd had a tough, stressful day at work (all the awkward clients seemed to descend at the same time) and was feeling quite down, then 30 minutes before closing these wonderful flowers turned up for me along with a special card. They were a thank you from an Octogenarian that I had helped with an insurance claim. It was such a lovely gift, I rang her to say thank you and had a 20 minute chat with her which really made my day. Out of the rain comes rainbows.
