Experimenting

We last made sparkling apple juice 40+ years ago, but I found the old mincer and set to work mangling up the windfall apples, bruises and pips included. The recipe does say it's explosive, and I vaguely remember wiping apple juice from the ceiling last time, so we'll see what happens....
