On a Bright and Frosty Morning....

The same clear air and cloudless sky that gave us yesterday's sunset and the bright sunny morning today, also ensured there would be a heavy frost this morning. The car windscreen needed some heavy scraping.
Some of Claire's flowers have died, others are made of sterner stuff, such as this marigold(?), holding up a load of ice crystals while it waits for the sun to melt it free.
