Blurry Night

Started today with walking L to school. Then worked from home with the usual Skypes, emails and other daily challenges.

Cycled down to my Tuesday metabolic class which was tough this week.

Then took L and A to gymnastics. It wasn’t my turn but I’m away for the rest of the week so wanted to see L before I go.

It was my dads 75th birthday so MrsT and I took my dad and wife K out for dinner before I had to shoot through to Murrayfield for a ten pin bowling league match.

We didn’t do too well tonight.
