Heavy Downpour

We have had a day of rain. At one point it was extremely heavy just as I was about to leave the gym, so several of us waited until the rain passed more or less. Then there was a time of enormous puddles, just getting into the car involved wet feet.

I drove to the supermarket where the area around the trolleys was flooded. Amazing reflections but I didn't have my phone with me. I got my few bits of shopping and then thought I'd get my camera from the car. Too late. Quite a lot of the water had escaped into the drains so the reflections were not dramatic. I did catch a car or two splashing through the huge puddles on the road before that drained away too.

Camera club this evening with a practical session on the Exposure Triangle. Apparently it's not actually a triangle, mathematically, but I said it's really only symbolic of the relationship between shutter speed, aperture and ISO.
