Today's challenge was to take a photograph of a streetscape.

How to take something other than a straight view of a boring street? I decided to go for a worms-eye view (not that you find many worms on this surface). Of various shots, this was (I thought) the best of a mundane lot I took on the way home from work this afternoon. I was crouched down on a traffic island in the middle of the road as the cars drove past. I guess this one could also have qualified for Saturday's "movement" theme - but a lot of my photos contain movement.
