This Way Out

After this morning's session of talks we again split into groups, some to visit Bradford or Halfax or, in our case, Black Dyke Mill & Howarth.

Black Dyke Mill is interesting for its grot, not only the actual building but also some of the tat that was being sold one one of the floors. Howarth was busy and for a while we took refuge in a lovely coffee shop where we had the most delicious vegan lemon drizzle cake.

When we got back to base we had another delicious 3 course meal where the desert for us was raspberries and vegan ice cream. I think I had an overload of sugar! Fortunately I am also getting plenty of opportunity to walk it all off.
