Burlington Passage
A piece of history or just a well known Birmingham landmark?
We used our bus passes for a trip into Birmingham, if we hadn't seen the bus go past us towards our bus station to turn around we might have given up waiting, it was running half an hour late. On the trip we found out why, it seemed like eleven miles of road works, each set of temporary traffic lights with its own long queue. We returned by a different route, this too had road works but not quite as many. I'm beginning to think that Redditch is vying for the title of Roadworks Capital of England
I don't know how old Burlington Passage is, it seems to have been there forever. The extra is of two young ladies giving away chocolate and clearly happy doing it.
