New York Hasidic Jewish culture

Growing up in an east side Ohio suburb I was used to seeing Hasidic Jews as they some lived close by in a home. But the population isn’t something you see much in the Seattle area. Sitting in the jfk airport I saw a whole group getting ready to check in for flights. New York is a much more culturally and ethnically and religiously diverse than the more waspy Seattle area. I do miss this rich diversity that New York City offers. Look up Hasidic Jews online if you are interested.
