I spent more time than was appropriate waiting for this seagull to get a move on. There was a short fuse, so that means about 10 seconds.

Some people need to have a look at themselves and realise what's important in life. Banging on about clause 12.3 of the terms and conditions of a hire agreement is not one of them.
