Healthy Eating: Week 1

Time to try and shift the extra 3Kg accumulated over recent months so I can fit into a pretty silky blouse for the spring solstice party on March 21st.

Tom made Mediterranean Lamb Stew from the BBC healthy eating website - very delicious, filling and less than 200 calories a plateful so we could add big helpings of rice, cheese (the boys) and low fat yoghurt (me). Having done training today they followed it up with ice cream with melted chocolate, sprinkles, marshmallows and chocolate beans. Having done nothing energetic at all today I'm going to skip dessert.

Healthy meals until Friday then I'm off out partying!
