Sticks and Stones

I went to Bremner Bay to get my blip photo today.  The lake is pretty low at the moment.  While I was there I collected 3 bags of pine cones.  They are always good to light the fire with.

After lunch I went to Croquet, managed to get a couple of games, before collecting little 'h' after school.  The church has a project to fill a shoe box with items suitable for a child for Christmas.  Today little 'h' and I purchased a brush, comb, soap and toothbrushes for our box.  When we have filled it with suitable items, it will be sent to a child overseas.  It is a very satisfying thing to do.

Because it is the last Thursday of term, we treated ourselves to a special afternoon tea at a local cafe.
