Self seeded Sycamore

which will eventually grow into a huge tree.Surely The owner of the house has the sense to know that ?
The houses are on the main road and they probably think "why should I ?"
 it's up to the Council.
Mind you the whole street is an eyesore.I've never clapped eyes on the so called Estate Manager.grrrrr
