Quiet contemplation.

I decided to visit the Cemetery in Rojales today, for no other reason than to see the difference between English and Spanish cemeteries.

It was very well kept, all the coffins are placed in 'niches' in a wall, the hole is then bricked up and a granite plaque is placed to cover the bricks.

Every grave has flowers placed on either side of the niche. This plaque was on the ground, as the niches are rented for a certain number of years, if the rental is not kept up the coffin is removed and I assume the body is placed elsewhere.

This obviously has happened to this family.

My new camera is being returned to the shop tomorrow, when I switch it on the lense doesn't always come out, so obviously a problem.
