Veg. it up
One of my favourite things in life is to stuff teenagers full of veggies without them moaning about it. Today’s food club recipe was a Jack Monroe classic, mushroom bolognese. My preamble to the young people was that they should just trust me and that it would taste just like a normal bolognese. My happiest moments are when there are surprised faces and clean plates at the end of food club.
And there was garlic bread. Heaven.
