Stairwell.....

It was wet today! Really wet! So I'd planned an indoor option for today which actually meant going out......?

I met a friend and we went over to Leek to see the "Call of the Wild" photography exhibition at the Nicholson Museum and Art gallery. It included images from award winning photographers of both landscape and wildlife from the Staffordshire Moorlands and Peak District National Park. The photo of Parkhouse Hill in the Peak District, which recently won the competition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the National Parks in the UK, takes centre stage. It was taken by Kieran Metcalfe.

We then had lunch in a little cafe called the Spout Brew House nearby. This shot was taken on the stairs in said cafe.
