Aircraft Carrier ahoy!

That recalled Parliament is really getting to grips with things, which is good to see, eh? It’s weirdly like the opposite of France: here the parliamentarians are the ones burning tyres, ranting and throwing rocks, and the populace are by and large just phlegmatically getting on with the day to day. I could be wrong of course; it all could be a powder keg and I’m totally out of touch and moving in the wrong circles.
So, a busy productive day: chores, boat visit, yet more new glasses, photo album return, a sit in Mr Eion, and finally a step out for the final instalment of the big birthday. For L&P, recently arrived back from the West Coast and bleary with jet lag, are treating us to a meal at Six by Nico. And quite excellent it was too - a tokay is even forced on me to finish up. Home quite bleary too - who would have thought you could get jet lag down Dundas Street?
