This is Flamborough Head lighthouse - iconic and vital landmark on this incredibly picturesque stretch of East Yorkshire coastline. Its great cycling country. There's also the wonderful Flamborough Golf Club - a wide open clifftop links - spectacular, panoramic, but you do need a decent day!
