Winner!

What a day! Didn't start well and didn't get any better until late in the afternoon.
I had a disagreement with "her in doors", stood my ground.
Got home from work, piece and quiet whilst she was up at daughters dancing. On the way home she stopped off to buy me beers. Very unusual, which tells me I was right and this is her apology.

Right... in to the weekend we go (and the beer is still unopened).
