An impressive structure in spite of calls in some quarters for its removal. Last day in Knoydart has left me yearning to come back for fun.
On the ferry home I spoke to a woman who had climbed her final Munro, in her own words, an emotional experience. A feat 20 years in the making all the more impressive when home is in the West Midlands. With her on the day was her three beautiful (and very calm) black labradors and her partner.
