Abstract.

The morning was taken up with my 6 monthly dental check up and shopping.   The afternoon was dull very very wet and 'orrible.

Outdoor blipping was going to be difficult particularly with a meeting taking up the last hours of daylight.   So I decided to have a play with oil and water.  It is a technique I have blipped I think only once before.  The shot isn't a nice as I had hoped but it will do.
