Kirky
Was kept on the move today. Another session on the computer (shorter than in recent days) was followed by a trip to Kilsyth for some food shopping. Took the opportunity to continue onto Kirkintilloch, where I had lunch, followed by a wander along the Canal (see photograph).
Arrived home to find a letter and a cheque from the solicitors handling my late step-mother's estate. (It has been a bit complicated, but I have finally been reimbursed for all my expenses incurred in late 2017 / early 2018.) So a quick trip into Glasgow to deposit that with the bank.
Home again for a couple of hours, only to travel back into Glasgow in the evening for the first of this season's Scottish Chamber Orchestra concerts, a programme containing works by Beethoven, Brahms and DvoĆák. Now relaxing with Blip and a glass of wine. If yesterday was boring, the same can't be said about today. Sip.
