Saviour

Herr L and I hiked the PR14 trail in Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês today. 17.5k (including some detours) and 780m up ... and then down again!

It was stunning, but hard work. The grape laden vines towards the end of the hike as we headed back into Ermira were our saviour - just the natural sugar kick (fresh from the vine) that we needed :-)
