What a difference......

.......a few months make.

I last blipped my niece and her husband when they missed out on a house at auction.
I took this just after their house sold at auction today, and for a handsome price.
They're staying in the same area, but with more room for their growing sons.
The auction was an interesting dramatic piece, the backyard packed and ten people bidding.
One couple made a point of storming out mid auction, clearly upset and most probably disgusted with the crazy cost of real estate in Sydney.
I feel very sorry for young people, especially, who are trying to crack the market.
