Cycle Stop

Making the most of September's benign weather. Taking a break at Bowling on the Clyde estuary, en route to Balloch, Loch Lomond. From National Route 7 by Bowling Basin, the off-road cycle track is an easy ride to Dumbarton, where cyclists follow the River Leven to the moored boats at Balloch.  The beauty of this route is that it is virtually traffic free and runs close to several train stations if you've had enough!
Extra: A family of swans seem completely oblivious of the passing cyclists inches away on the towpath.
