Brexit Prep 1

Getting ready for Brexit by garnering as much horse manure as possible from sources with low probability of amino-pyralid contamination.  Local mulch company was unable to certify or assure their compost mix as weedkiller/growth inhibitor free.  The problem seems to have been increasing again in recent years after the spike, then temporary ban, then reintroduction with tighter regulations and then alledged relaxation of regs.
