Gray so beautiful

On my run. 6:30 AM. From the waters edge right up to the sky straight above me the entire scene was all different shades of gray. So gray in spots it was purple. Whoever said gray skies are depressing? This I had to stop to stare at.
If only I could run with my bigger camera. The skies are the most beautiful on the day's fringes. Last year I seemed better at making time for late afternoon blipping. I'm in morning-mode these days. No wonder I'm pooched by 4pm.
It's Monday. Girls are back from their dad's. yay!
