Relaxing!

Back to school and back to routines. It was swimming tonight after school and both Amy and James were in new classes as they had moved up.

Amy has moved up 2 groups, purely for logistical reasons.... and I won't bore you with the details! However she was a bit apprehensive about her lesson today... in this level they work more on stamina and speed and she was worried she wouldn't keep up with the others.

But she soon relaxed when she saw a classmate, also in the same group, and then when she beat an older boy in her group in one of the races, she was on cloud nine!

Before bed she had a big bubble bath... and relaxed!
