Earlier in the day I had been out to see how some work the garden team had done was looking I go caught by a resident and they ended up having a 'conversation' with me for almost an hour, by the end of it I felt drained and they think they talked me into submission, I will talk to the other directors for the development but am sure they will not agree to what the resident wants. At times I find it very stressful being a director.

Our evening was spent eating a steak dinner and drinking probably too much red wine.
