The Midland hotel

Boris is in there somewhere. We forgot it was the Conservative Party Conference today. There were loads of roads closed and police and the press everywhere. Thank goodness we got the tram into Manchester as the big car park under the Conference Centre was closed.
We had a good walk round, an Italian meal, and then a Hallé concert at the Bridgewater Hall.
