Sun bather

After all the torrential rain a beautiful day - so good to be out in the somewhat soggy garden. Not many butterflies in evidence but plenty of dragons still. This one was sunning itself on our kayak.

A swim was taken and it was delicious! 4 swans today. They did a fly past as I arrived ( see extra) and then settled out in the bay about 50ms away, watching and preening and gently honking. When I was in the water they just watched from afar and suddenly they flew as one right towards me, about a metre over my head, in a fine display, landed briefly in the lagoon and then went back again. Showing off!
