I wish I'd had an apple in my pocket

I just had to stop in the farm track beside these two lovely horses. I approached the fence and so did they. After a spot of muzzle rubbing they realised that I had nothing for them ..... they turned and walked back to the centre of the field, I turned and went back to the car.

Not such a good day today but we were spared the torrential rain which fell in most of Yorkshire.
