Where did the day go?

On Monday I said to Mum that I was really looking forward to my day off today as I didn't have any commitments during the day and evening and I wanted to spend a day sorting out at home. 

Unfortunately it didn't turn out like that. A couple of things came up and I had to spend the day working. I went to the church office first thing and took this when I left! I then spent the evening doing the ironing! So much for a day off.
