Yarndale

Oh what a wet day. We decided to put the tandem on the car last night with the view that if it was dry this morning we could whip it down and go for a ride. No, that was not happening it was so wet. Instead we went to Cracoe and waited in the rain for the men’s world championships to come past. I got chatting to a fellow spectator from Dunfermline- I am originally from Kelty just down the road.

Once the race had gone by we headed over to skipton and had a lovely few hours wandering around Yarndale. What a treat. I saw so many nice things, including this alpaca.

The drive home was horrible, the A1 was a nightmare but we got home and picked up the dogs. Turns out Ruby was fine but Indie didn’t settle.

Glad to be home after a fantastic weekend
