Portland Food Scene

I love the Portland food scene! You can travel the culinary world without leaving the city. And my favorites are the food pods. We ate at a German restaurant last night. Today I had red lentil stew over African fry bread at the Horn of Africa food pod at the city market. The first 3 pics are of this. The last two are some of the food pods in town and a wonderful mural above them.
Lord willing, I will take the red eye home tomorrow night and it will be a temperature shock!! Portland May get the first frost tonight. Then Tuesday AM, I will get off into 90’ heat! Well worth it though. I have had a great time. However, Hubs says he has fought chickens all week!! He says he will now pay me 100$ a week to just care for the chickens!! :—)) He had no clue. This has been good for him!! Haha
