Blue dawn, Crail

The colours of the light streaming through my window this morning meant a quick leap into clothes, grab of the camera and across the road to the coastal path. Then calm, calm and soaking up the colours and sounds of the pre-dawn until the sun rose.

A glorious start to the day in Crail. Love the east coast for the sunrises, and few places better than Crail, although one of the #blogmanay bloggers who'd headed up to St Andrews captured the same dawn with silhouettes of St Andrews Castle.

Bit irritated that I'd forgotten the lead for my Canon to hook it up to the iPad and share the pics immediately. Had to be content with iPhone ones for that. But now that we're back in Edinburgh I can catch up again.
