Kerrraaash!

I’m getting a dab hand at ordering replacement oven trays. This one proved they aren’t shatterproof when knocked off a worktop. They’re also not big enough to hold six slices of marrow which is why this one had been moved there in the first place. So it was obviously the tray’s fault, not mine!
The marrow, stuffed and baked on a larger, metal tray, was excellent. If expensive.
